About Dr. Bailey
In 2018 Dr Bailey began her aesthetics career and within 2 years she began working for Cosmetic Courses, one of the UK’s leading aesthetics training academies, where she has been responsible for seeing private patients and training new aesthetics practitioners.
As a trainer, Dr Bailey teaches other medical professionals how to inject safely and effectively, handing on the techniques she has acquired for achieving beautiful, natural-looking results.
Working as an aesthetics trainer gives Dr Bailey exposure to hundreds of treatments each year and involves demonstrating and supervising injectable treatments using some of the most respected brands in the industry, including Juvederm, Botox, and HArmonyCa.
2017 – Qualified Dentist
Dr Bailey graduated from the University of Leeds in 2017 with a degree in Dental Surgery and Oral Science. Her training provided a strong foundation in both the clinical and scientific principles of dentistry, with particular focus on patient care, precision, and aesthetic outcomes – all of which now underpin her more recent work in facial aesthetics.
2017–2018 Foundation Training
After graduating, she completed her foundation dental training at Carriage Works Dental in Cornwall. During this time, she began shadowing dentists with a special interest in cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry – sparking a deep interest in the artistic side of facial aesthetics that would go on to shape her career.
2018 – ongoing Aesthetics Training
In 2018, Dr Bailey made the decision to pursue a career in medical aesthetics. She began by completing her foundation training in anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers with Acquisition Aesthetics, before progressing to Advanced Botox and Fillers training and earning a certification in Obagi Medical Skincare.
Her commitment to ongoing professional development has seen her undertake extensive further training, and she is now in the final stages of completing her Level 7 Diploma. This qualification will establish her as one of the most highly trained injectors in the UK.
2020 – present day Became a Trainer with
Cosmetic Courses
In 2020, Dr Bailey joined Cosmetic Courses, one of the UK’s most respected medical aesthetics training academies. As a clinical trainer, she now teaches doctors, dentists, and nurses how to safely and effectively administer injectable treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers.
Today – Founder of Dr Bailey Medspa
Dr Bailey went on to establish Dr Bailey Medspa, an advanced aesthetics clinic based in Leeds, offering safe, ethical, and natural-looking treatments in a welcoming and professional setting.
As the clinic’s founder and lead practitioner, Dr Bailey combines clinical expertise with a personalised approach to help each patient look and feel their best.
